Attorney at law mr. sc. Civil law
We provide comprehensive legal services, in particular representation in civil litigation, non-contentious proceedings, and enforcement proceedings arising from disputes in inheritance, family, labor, property, and contract law, as well as disputes involving all forms of damages.
Criminal law
The law office provides legal counseling and defense at all stages of criminal proceedings, with an emphasis on so-called white-collar crimes, as well as criminal offenses against road traffic safety. Mirza Hrustić, received his master's degree in 2016. at the Faculty of Law, University of Tuzla on the topic "Elements of the Right to a Fair Trial in the Criminal Procedure Legislation of Bosnia and Herzegovina". During his professional career, Mr. Hrustić has provided professional legal representation and consulting services to individuals and legal entities, known for his high level of professionalism, analytical skills and ethics in his work. In addition to legal practice, he actively monitors the development of domestic and international law, and contributes to the improvement of the legal profession and strengthening the rule of law in the community.
Miroljub Radomirović

Attorney at Law Miroljub Radomirović provides legal assistance and representation to individuals and legal entities, with relevant professional experience in legal practice since 2016. Over more than a decade of work in the legal profession, he has handled matters in criminal, commercial, civil, administrative, misdemeanour, labour and , with a particular focus on complex cases involving business operations, liability issues and the protection of clients’ rights before courts and competent authorities.
His practice is particularly focused on criminal law and commercial law, especially cases involving so-called white-collar crime, abuse of office or authority, liability of responsible persons within legal entities, corporate and financial operations, business documentation, contractual relations and the criminal-law implications of business decisions. In this area, he provides legal assistance at all stages of proceedings, from legal advice and risk assessment to defence, representation and the preparation of legal submissions.
In addition to criminal and commercial law, Mr. Radomirović has significant experience in public procurement law, including advising bidders, protecting their rights in appeal proceedings and representing clients before competent authorities. He also advises and represents clients in matters related to higher education law, particularly in proceedings before university bodies and courts, including administrative and status-related disputes concerning academic appointments, rights and obligations within the higher education system.
